Who We Are.

Play Sports Community is a collective of individuals who share passion for adult sports leagues and social events.

Play Sports Community was founded, originally as NJ Play Sports, by CEO Jess Farawell and COO Steve Farawell in 2013. Now married, Jess and Steve met playing flag football in 2010 - first as opponents, then as teammates - laying the groundwork for an entrepreneurial venture to create a community that fosters real, authentic relationships.

To date Play Sports Community has programmed social sports leagues and tournaments for over 20,000 participants and shows no signs of slowing down. Our team has grown and now includes Operations Manager, Alex Baggot and Community Growth Manager Marvin Guelce.
